The founder
A rare dual background: therapy and management.
Most leadership trainers come from either a corporate/HR background or a coaching certification. Refynity's founder brings clinical therapy training and real management experience — understanding both the emotional dynamics of teams and the operational systems that make them function.
The therapy background brings a deep understanding of how people communicate, build trust, avoid conflict, and respond to authority. The management background brings operational reality — how to structure accountability, run teams, and build systems that work day to day.
Together, that means Refynity doesn't just teach leadership theory. It trains leaders to understand the people they're responsible for, and gives them practical tools to act on that understanding.
